40 yo presented with shooting pain from R elbow to hand after heavy lifting at work. Pain is 8-9/10 worse when flexing or extending elbow. Reported immediate improvement once needles inserted at first treatment. After 2nd treatment had 50% improvement and returned to work. Pain free after 5 treatments even with back to lifting at work.
